Corporate Lawyer Position

We are looking to hire highly motivated and skilled professionals for our General Corporate practice. As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with senior partners and clients on complex domestic and cross-border deals, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, due diligence, and investment documentation.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. You will lead and support corporate transactions including PE/VC funding and M&A deals, draft and negotiate transaction documents, conduct and supervise legal due diligence, advise clients on company law, FEMA, SEBI, and related regulatory frameworks, liaise with stakeholders including investors, promoters, in-house legal, and financial advisors, and mentor junior team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- LLB from a reputed law school
- 4–7 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong background in PE, VC, and M&A transactions
- Excellent legal drafting and client advisory skills
- Clear and confident communication; ability to manage client relationships independently
