Business Development Manager - AI & Data Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT solutions sales, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, hunting, and onboarding new customers across global markets, including North America, UK, Middle East, and GCC. They will sell AI and Data Science solutions, focusing on value-driven solutions over resource placement.

A key aspect of this role is gaining a deep understanding of our company's capabilities, products, and IP, and translating them into customer-focused solutions. Consistently achieving revenue growth, sales targets, and order booking goals is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through social media, networking, and digital channels.
  • Sell AI and Data Science solutions to C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical leaders.
  • Work closely with the technical team to engage in 1st level technical discussions with clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • 2+ years of proven experience selling to customers in North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
  • Experience selling both products and services in the IT/AI domain.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and requirements.
