- A minimum of 1+ year's experience in a relevant role, demonstrating a track record of success in customer-facing positions.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work efficiently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
