Job Title: Data Analyst Lead – Artificial Intelligence

Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Data Analyst Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end initiatives that involve leveraging data and analytics to extract insights and build predictive models.

The successful candidate will have expertise in machine learning concepts, including Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models. They will also possess experience working with business requirements gathering, transforming them into a technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead small technical teams on projects and come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and other relevant tools
  • Analyze and interpret findings from various data sources
  • Demonstrate expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
