Drive Business Outcomes through Data-Driven Insights

As a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data modeling, database design, and data architecture, with a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and experience working with Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling and Design: Design and develop data models and naming standards across all deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Legacy Data Analysis: Reverse and forward engineer business legacy data models to understand existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate technical data integration requirements, designs, and decisions to IT and Business stakeholders through clear and effective documentation and verbal communication.
  • Data Quality and Efficiency: Reduce data redundancy, support consolidation, transformation, and training of Business and IT members to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Data Lineage and Integration: Design and develop data lineage with or without pre-existing documentation to track data flows and origins. Create and maintain current and target state data integration models and flows to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define reporting goals and/or dashboard requirements to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture.
  • Expert understanding of Data Warehouse design for high volume processing and performance.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree specialized in Information and Data Management and Design.
