Role Overview

The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization, ensuring seamless operations and driving growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations.
  • Standardize formats according to government or industry requirements.
  • Document collections and verification as per commitment given to stakeholders.
  • Proactive follow-ups with key stakeholders associated with the organization.
  • Maintain a keen eye for details, especially in terms of compliance-related documentation.
  • Handle multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Increase team efficiency by building optimized processes for completions.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within defined parameters.
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve implementation processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in handling operations.
  • Past experience in the field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently and on multiple projects at once.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with solid ability to persuade others and work in a team.
