Key Business Development Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of New Business Lead – Branding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong business development and branding skills to drive growth.

This position involves identifying and acquiring new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across various sectors. You will leverage your network, attend industry events, and engage in referrals to connect with potential clients and shape every conversation around their brand and business challenges.

You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, framing our agency as the right solution partner, and crafting compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. Proven success in acquiring new logos rather than farming existing accounts is essential.

A strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skillset is required. You should be able to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.

In the first 90 days, we expect you to build a target list of 50-100 prospects, set up discovery conversations, sharpen the pitch with leadership, and convert at least two to three new accounts into live projects.
