Export Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Export Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating export files and Bill of Lading details in our system on a pan-India basis.

You will also update all remarks received from the Intermodal Team regarding import and export cleanup files, handle export invoice RFIs within the established turnaround time, and reply to various queries from vendors, GBS Team, and customers.

Furthermore, you will ensure timely provision of SDP and SDD code generation, follow up on outstanding bills with vendors and GBS Team, and coordinate daily with the Mumbai Intermodal Team for freight order generation and COL updates on systems.

In addition, you will prepare various reports on intermodal moves on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update export files and Bill of Lading details
  • Update remarks received from Intermodal Team
  • Handle export invoice RFIs within TAT
  • Reply to queries from vendors, GBS Team, and customers
  • Provide SDP and SDD code generation within TAT
  • Follow up on outstanding bills with vendors and GBS Team
  • Coordinate with Mumbai Intermodal Team for freight order generation and COL updates
  • Prepare reports on intermodal moves
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications:
