We seek an experienced Culinary Innovator in Bangalore to join our team. This role involves creating, planning, and executing diverse menus that meet client expectations while adhering to our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Culinary Development: Design and develop unique menu offerings showcasing North Indian and South Indian cuisines that cater to evolving client preferences.
• Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay current with culinary trends and introduce fresh menu items that continuously improve quality and presentation.
• Client Engagement & Customization: Collaborate closely with clients to tailor menus based on their unique needs and preferences, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Feedback Management: Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvements to menu offerings, enhancing overall quality.
• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the procurement of high-quality ingredients at cost-effective prices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all menu items consistently meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation across all locations.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in menu planning and management within the hotel and corporate catering industry.
• Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge of North Indian and South Indian cuisines, with a proven ability to create authentic dishes.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients, culinary teams, and vendors.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and collaborating with kitchen staff and corporate teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to respond quickly to client feedback and operational challenges, ensuring seamless menu operations.
Estimated Annual Salary: ₹1,050,000.
