Job Summary

The role of a Human Resources Digitalisation Specialist at Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting requires the development and implementation of real-time HR dashboards using Power BI. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless data digitisation and automation. Key responsibilities include consolidating and monitoring HR metrics, generating MIS reports, and driving data-based decision-making. Additionally, the role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely MIS submissions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain real-time HR dashboards using Power BI.
  2. Coordinate with all locations and HR verticals for data digitisation and automation requirements.
  3. Consolidate and monitor HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
  4. Generate MIS reports and presentations to support business needs.
  5. Manage schedules and coordinate meetings to ensure timely MIS submissions.
  6. Ensure HR IT enablement and digitalisation align with business requirements.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of HR analytics and automation tools is essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
