About the Role:


We are looking for a Recruitment and Hiring Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a Recruitment and Hiring Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the sourcing of top talent in line with company needs.


You will work closely with hiring managers to define job roles, identify candidate requirements, and build a talent pipeline.


Responsibilities:


Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions based on company requirements.


Use job portals, social media, and networking tools to identify potential candidates.


Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and culture fit.


Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.


Maintain and update candidate data using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.


Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.


Create and post job advertisements across relevant channels.


Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.


Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.
