**Job Title:** ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer to join our organization.

This role is responsible for managing and developing end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules, conducting thorough requirements gathering and solution design, performing impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements, configuring scripts, catalog forms, and workflows, testing and supporting system integrations, unit testing, and UAT activities, managing code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts, troubleshooting integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems, implementing automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub, handling platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment, performing daily health checks and resolving performance issues, collaborating with ServiceNow product teams to resolve issues and fix defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience.
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a seasoned ServiceNow administrator with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  2. Develop and implement end-to-end solutions for Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management using ServiceNow SPM modules.
  3. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design to meet business needs.
  4. Perform impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements to ensure seamless integration.
  5. Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to streamline processes.
  6. Test and support system integrations, unit testing, and UAT activities.
  7. Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  8. Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems to minimize downtime.
  9. Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub to boost efficiency.
  10. Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment to ensure optimal performance.
  11. Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues to guarantee system stability.
  12. Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams to resolve issues and fix defects.
