Job Title: Site Development Manager We are seeking a skilled Site Development Manager to oversee the execution of architectural designs on-site. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and construction teams, ensuring that our buildings meet the highest standards of quality and design. Responsibilities: 
  • Site Execution: Ensure that architectural designs are flawlessly translated on-site, maintaining high standards of quality and design.
  • Design Oversight: Act as the on-site custodian of design, ensuring adherence to architectural drawings, interior layouts, and material specifications.
  • Construction Management: Monitor and guide construction teams to ensure fidelity to the design intent across civil, architectural, and finishing works.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and raise flags on quality or design deviations.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve on-site architectural challenges through practical and design-sensitive solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain site documentation including design changes, approvals, snag lists, and daily reports.
  • Handover: Assist in quality benchmarking and snagging of completed works prior to handover.
 Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  • Technical Skills: Construction/Technical skills at Site.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to on-site architectural execution ideally in premium residential or hospitality projects.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in finishing, joinery, and material application. Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from labor to senior leadership.
