">About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and articulate professional to join our team as a Remote Healthcare Administration Coordinator, providing essential administrative support for a U.S.-based physical and rehabilitation medicine clinic.

This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Your role will be the first point of contact for patients, therapists, and staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the front office remotely.

You will ensure smooth communication and efficient patient flow by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with home care schedulers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with the billing team on insurance verification, billing, and session authorizations.

You will also educate patients on their insurance benefits and handle co-pay collection, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in administrative and medical office roles, specifically with scheduling.

They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent (preferably American or British).

Additionally, they will have experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic, AthenaHealth, or WebPT, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
