Global Demand Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning professional to join our global team. As a key contributor to our Sales and Operations Planning process, you will play a crucial role in driving accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights. You will lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand, monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in this position, you will need 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field is also required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems are essential. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are also necessary.
