About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling to join our organization.

This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Project Systems (PS), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

The focus of this role is on management and oversight rather than hands-on deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all FICO configurations and integrations with other SAP modules.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, changes, and enhancements.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users and junior consultants, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to use and support the system.
  • Support & Maintenance: Offer ongoing support, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring the stability of the FICO modules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including SD, MM, PP, and others to ensure seamless integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, with a proven track record in large-scale implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Accounting.
  • Excellent understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • SAP Certification in FICO is highly desirable.
