About Us

We're seeking an expert in paid social advertising to lead our strategy for all major platforms. This includes Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

The ideal candidate will perform in-depth analysis to recommend budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns.

They will drive improvement in app acquisition campaign performance and be accountable for meeting monthly targets while guiding team members.

The successful candidate will identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.

They will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.

Collaboration with local marketing teams is key, providing clear guidance on how to best execute local tactics.

Contribution to the improvement of best practice guidelines and sharing digital expertise across teams within the organization is also expected.

What You Need to Be Successful

Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.

Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.

Strong app acquisition expertise and ideally full-funnel marketing experience.

Leadership experience, instructing teams, and managing various stakeholders.

Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.

Leveraging incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.

Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.

Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
