Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Relationship Manager who can excel in client relationship management and has a deep understanding of 360° Digital Marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients, understanding their marketing goals, and ensuring effective execution of strategies across all digital platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Understand client requirements, create project briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for successful execution.
- Develop and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client expectations.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
- Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies and ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
