About the Role:

We're looking for a young, energetic individual to handle our incoming chat process for sales queries. The role focuses on giving instant responses to pre-sale queries, assisting customers with booking queries, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle chat queries daily related to sales.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Convert chat leads into successful bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Make follow-up calls when needed for faster conversions.
  • Maintain records and basic reports using Excel/form filling.

Requirements:

  • Freshers welcome; prior sales/support experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
