Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative support for our accounting function. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support services for the accounting team, including typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation of invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/R or A/P records, and processing expense reports.
- Conduct thorough research and respond to internal or external inquiries, working closely with local finance staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies as needed to maintain financial integrity.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
