Job Opportunity

A seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 to 9 years of experience is sought to lead our tax management team. This role offers a chance to leverage expertise in managing and ensuring compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws, assessments, and litigation.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Represent the organization before Tax Authorities and handle various audit issues effectively.
  • Coordinate advance tax payments, tax returns, reports, and necessary paperwork accurately.
  • E nsure complete tax compliance, focusing on DT and IDT, particularly GST.
  • Perform GST ITC reconciliation and reverse non-eligible ITC.
  • Collaborate with Tax counsel for advisory and opinion services.
  • Prepare facts and cases for professional opinions.
  • Provide support to both external and internal stakeholders efficiently.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial matters from a tax perspective.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
  • 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax management.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting processes and tax regulations.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance, assessments, and litigation.
