As a senior interior architect, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions to our premium customers.

Throughout the project, you will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met, from quoting to finalizing designs and preparing production drawings for manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Focus on and prioritize multiple design projects to meet customer expectations
  • Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive design improvements
  • Work closely with various departments to enhance design offerings and improve customer experiences

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 4-year diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution and have at least 10 years of industry experience. Site experience is also required, with confidence in installing proposed designs with minimal hassle. Additionally, the candidate must have exposure to residential projects, knowledge of Google Sketchup software, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years with 2+ years in HL (HomeLane)
  • Site experience required, with confidence in installing proposed designs with minimal hassle
  • Customer-centric approach, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations
  • Exposure to residential projects mandatory, with knowledge of Google Sketchup software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to construct and defend ideas, designs, and pricing
  • English language proficiency required, with local language desirable
