Role Overview

This role focuses on building brand equity across various product portfolios. The ideal candidate will support creative thinking, data analysis and executional support to drive business outcomes.

  • Project Management: Responsible for managing task items aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of target groups, triggers, barriers and competitive landscapes.
  • Product Development: Assistance in communication development across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C stores, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces etc.
  • Communication Management: Managing consumer touchpoints including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns etc.
  • Data Analysis: Driving measurement and learnings for marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Business Insights: Conducting market visits to track offline business health metrics.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Supporting portfolio management, sales support, customer service etc to drive product/therapy success.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or Digital Marketing.

Skills: Highly motivated, self-driven, team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and passion for building a consumer brand.
