We're seeking a seasoned Senior Visualizer to spearhead the design of innovative corporate websites for top brands. Your creative vision and strategic thinking will drive engaging user experiences that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft high-quality, visually striking UI designs that effectively convey brand messages.
  • Lead a team of designers, ensuring seamless project delivery while fostering collaboration and feedback.
  • Present design rationales to senior leadership and clients, promoting alignment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful digital experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design Expertise: Proven experience in web/online design, UI, high-fidelity mock-ups, social media creatives, and presentations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Creative Proficiency: Skilled in creating design systems, applying color, typography, iconography, illustration, animations, and modern UI layout techniques.
  • Responsive Design: Understanding of Responsive Web Design, Mobile-first design, and UX principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to present concepts and exert influence on internal teams and clients.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning through educational opportunities, industry publications, and design seminars.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Commercial Art, Visual Arts, or Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from a reputable design school.
  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in UI design for corporate websites.
