Are you a data-driven professional looking to drive commercial growth and solve complex marketing problems? As a Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering dashboard reporting and providing a holistic view of marketing performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Australian team to design and implement effective dashboards that provide actionable insights and drive business results.
  • Leverage your expertise in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience using MCI/Datorama, including data stream management and dashboard development.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising industry reporting metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Demonstrated experience building advanced visualizations and using pivot tables, calculated fields, and SQL skills to analyze complex data sets.
  • Experience with data mapping and normalization, APIs, and TotalConnect, with a focus on delivering high-quality data insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder communication, with a passion for data and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
