Job Overview:

This role is a high-level position responsible for the overall architecture and strategy of our digital platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology stacks, enterprise architecture principles, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Architecture & Roadmap: Define and maintain the platform architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Develop and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards for the platform.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of the platform with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them in designing high-quality solutions.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with latest releases and features, evaluating new functionalities and recommending their adoption to drive improvement and innovation on the platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT executives, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into digital solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience architecting ServiceNow implementations at scale.
  • ITSM/Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Education: Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
  • Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience implementing ServiceNow in multiple industries.
