Senior Systems Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving our technology systems. This individual will work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for our Oracle XStore software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business requirements and design innovative technical solutions for the Point of Sale (POS) application.
  • Develop compelling business cases for strategic initiatives and special projects, including cost/benefit analysis.
  • Ensure high-quality production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Design and optimize monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, including POS.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to provide meaningful KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development, with a focus on POS applications.
  • Proficiency in Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong experience with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks and languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Knowledge of POS hardware and software integration, XStore POS-related experience is an asset.
