Senior Structural Leader

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in structural engineering to lead and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, technical skills in software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers on structural design and analysis projects
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in structural engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with a degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge in structural engineering, including software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
