Engineering Leadership and Strategic Oversight

As a seasoned engineering professional, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive engineering policies across all properties. This includes overseeing capital expenditure projects, setting benchmarks, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for property-level engineering teams.

Maintenance and Operations:

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain high standards.

Energy Conservation and Sustainability:

  • Drive energy conservation initiatives aligned with global hospitality industry standards.
  • Implement sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties through regular audits and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct thorough safety assessments and develop strategies to improve guest and employee safety.

Team Development and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams to promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute talent management plans to retain top performers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
