Job Title:

Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description:

The successful project coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and effective execution of projects. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless project handovers and onboarding for new team members.
  • Client relationship management and servicing for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for developing a detailed project briefing after capturing all requirements from sales teams/client.
  • Manage CRM and ensure timely invoicing and payment realizations.
  • Development of project implementation and delivery plan in coordination with team leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing/accounts management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
