Strategic Land Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to drive the strategic expansion of our hospitality portfolio through prime land acquisitions.

This leadership role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and securing key land parcels for new hotel developments while ensuring legal, regulatory, and financial due diligence.

About the Role
  • Job Overview: Identify high-potential land parcels aligned with market trends and brand growth plans.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and authorities to secure favorable terms.
    • Coordinate with municipal, zoning, and tourism bodies for permits and development clearances.
    • Support finance and development teams in evaluating site viability and optimizing land use.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Development, or Hospitality Planning is required. 12–25 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate is also necessary.

Key skills include deep expertise in real estate law, zoning regulations, and hospitality land use, as well as proven track records in land acquisition, negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
