Research Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Research Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing research studies, executing projects efficiently, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to develop research strategies that address their key business questions.
  • Design and execute research studies, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Evaluate and validate research methods and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, taking proactive steps to mitigate any challenges that arise.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to clients, informing their business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of research services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in quantitative market research, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior researchers.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
