We are looking for an experienced and skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in designing and implementing efficient and scalable backend systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality backend code, working closely with senior developers and other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. You will also participate in solution design discussions, contribute to code reviews, and collaborate with the team to resolve bugs and issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of software design patterns, and experience with Node.js and related technologies. They will also be able to communicate effectively with the team and provide clear documentation of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop High-Quality Backend Code:
    • Create efficient and scalable backend systems using Node.js and related technologies.
    • Collaborate with senior developers and other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
Solution Design:
  • Participate in Solution Design Discussions:
    • Provide insights to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Implement code according to architectural best practices, with guidance from senior developers.
Code Reviews:
  • Contribute to Code Review Processes:
    • Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.
    • Adapt to feedback from senior developers and leads to continuously improve coding practices.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs or Issues:
    • Collaborate with the team to resolve bugs or issues.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Contribute to Testing and Quality Assurance Efforts:
    • Write and execute unit and integration tests to verify code functionality and performance.
    • Support quality assurance efforts by assisting with feature validation and testing when necessary.
Documentation:
  • Prepare Documentation:
    • Document code implementations, APIs, and backend workflows.
    • Ensure documentation is clear and accessible for team reference and future maintenance.
