**Integration Specialist Wanted**

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to drive business-critical system integrations and deliver new trading connections, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimized operational efficiency.

  • Tackle order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery, leveraging strong technical expertise and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with exchanges, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement successful integrations, driving business growth through efficient trade execution.
  • Oversee system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions, minimizing downtime and ensuring high-quality performance.
  • Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements, empowering teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensure system reliability, maintaining a high level of uptime and availability.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity and trade lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of FIX protocol and proficiency in Linux environments, with experience working with C++ or Python a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and asset classes is advantageous, as is prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks.
