Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and proven experience in Program/Project Management. Formal training in program and project management methodologies is also required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects of varying size and complexity. They will also define methodologies, create templates, and establish best practices for program governance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Define methodologies, create templates, and establish best practices for program governance.
  • Develop and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with proven Program/Project Management experience.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
