Clinical Psychologist Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting the emotional and behavioral well-being of children and their families. You will play a vital role in promoting positive outcomes through child-centered, nurturing, and solution-focused approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand children's emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions for children, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices.
  • Support children dealing with anxiety, stress, mood issues, bullying, and adjustment difficulties while maintaining detailed case records and progress reports.
  • Work closely with parents to provide guidance and emotional support strategies fostering a collaborative approach to care.
  • Collaborate with occupational, speech, and behavioral therapists for holistic care ensuring a comprehensive support system for each child.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
  • RCI Registration mandatory.
  • Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or rehabilitation settings with a strong foundation in child-centered, nurturing, and solution-focused approaches.
