About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Digital Planet. As a Commercial Finance Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations. You will be responsible for processing client invoices, updating financial records, tracking outstanding invoices, and generating basic financial reports. Additionally, you will respond to client queries and concerns regarding invoices and finance-related matters, adhering to company policies and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Process client invoices independently, ensuring precision and timely submission.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions and payment schedules.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Prepare basic financial reports (income and expense summaries) regularly.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns regarding invoices and finance-related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.
  • Support preparation of financial data for tax filings and audits as required.
  • Identify and implement improvements in invoicing and payment processes for efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or similar role with a focus on invoicing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and invoicing practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally, Zoho Books) and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of working independently.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions and issue resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
