As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading high-traffic eCommerce websites, analyzing business analytics, and managing ERP software to drive growth and retention.

Key components of our tech architecture include:

• Over 120 high-traffic eCommerce websites serving customers worldwide

• Business analytics determining product and catalog selection, customer growth, and retention

• ERP software managing our global operations

• Software allowing us to crawl across product listings at scale

• Modules across all functions - including marketing, logistics, customer support, finance, etc.

• Modules supporting workflow, dashboards, and reporting processes for all divisions

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with front-end developers and team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code to enhance user experience

• Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends

• Record data and report it to proper parties, such as leadership

• Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist team members

• Take lead on projects, as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field

• 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies

• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools

• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement

• Excellent project and time management skills

• Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently or with a group
