At Texas Breweries and Beverages, we are a dynamic company with a State-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. We produce Low Calorie and Low Carb Hard Seltzer Beer with fruit flavors and Premium Artesian Water.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year to our Quality Lab Technician based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Quality Lab Technician to join our team and take responsibility for performing routine analysis and evaluating finished goods quality. You will also be responsible for auditing processes throughout production to ensure all specs are met and the plant is operating within desired parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine analysis and evaluating finished goods quality
  • Auditing processes throughout production to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Operating and maintaining lab equipment/instrumentation, including Alcolyzer, DMA, pH meters, GC, HPLC, spectrophotometer, etc.
  • Calibrating equipment and maintaining control charts to ensure accuracy

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You must have knowledge of good laboratory practices and proficiency with basic computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or Food Science required and at least 3 years experience in a laboratory in a manufacturing facility, preferably food/carbonated beverage/alcohol production.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of good laboratory practices and record keeping
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word
