Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Director to join our team at LSC Infratech. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, and develop detailed financial forecasts.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute financial strategies that support business growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Tax Compliance and Planning: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and provide tax planning advice to minimize the company's tax liability.
  • Internal Controls and Risk Management: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for financial matters with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Systems and Process Improvement: Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or senior financial management role.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with financial systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
