Job Overview:

This position plays a key role in driving PepsiCo’s digital transformation agenda in manufacturing, serving as a bridge between IT and Manufacturing. The Supply Chain Deployment Lead is responsible for driving shop floor digitization through packaged and custom-built solutions.

This role offers significant exposure and collaboration with global and regional teams, requiring strong leadership to set priorities, influence stakeholders, drive solution adoption, and ensure continuity of manufacturing operations.

  • Serve as the partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities.
  • Lead the deployment and stabilization of digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan.
  • Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes to deliver measurable value and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience in manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs.

  • Technology Alignment: Collaborate with Business Units to ensure technology initiatives support strategic objectives.
  • Digital Solution Deployment: Lead the deployment and stabilization of digital manufacturing solutions across various regions.
  • Shop Floor Solutions: Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions, aligning with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan.
  • Process Integration: Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with business processes, delivering measurable value and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 10-12 years of relevant IT experience in manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • Expertise: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
