Job Description:

A seasoned Technical Project Manager is required to drive cloud-based software delivery for a higher education client based in India.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Leadership: Manage multiple squads, coach teams on best practices, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Shore Collaboration: Align priorities and facilitate smooth handoffs with U.S. engineering and product leaders.
  • Technical Planning & Execution: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with architects and senior engineers.
  • Agile Delivery Management: Oversee project lifecycle, monitor milestones, and proactively resolve risks.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years in software engineering with full-stack development exposure.
  • 5+ years in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from discovery through deployment.
