Prime Home Loans Business Development Lead

This role is focused on driving the growth and success of our prime home loan products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for Prime Home Loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for Prime Home Loans.
    • Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.
    • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.

Requirements
