Java Software Development Lead

The company seeks a seasoned software development lead to oversee the implementation of Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop applications using Java, JPA/Hibernate, and APIs.
  • To identify and analyze user requirements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Java application phases.
  • Lead the team of developers in technical review and module release for testing.
  • Presentations to different prospects, clients, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, and APIs.
  • Experience in microservices development is required.
  • Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA, REST services, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins/TeamCity, Gitlab, Docker, containerization methods, SCM tools, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
Qualification:

BE/B.Tech/MCA degree is mandatory.

Work Environment:

Hybrid work mode with occasional global travel.
