Dabba is a pioneer in low-cost, decentralized Wi-Fi networks using DePIN and Web3 technologies to deliver affordable, high-speed internet across India.

This role involves delivering top-tier customer support, handling select sales calls, and troubleshooting ISP and networking queries on a 6-day-a-week schedule. Adaptability, technical fluency, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance via calls, chats, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to Dabba devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
  • Guide customers on device activation steps, including the Dabba Lite onboarding process and interaction with Local Cable Operators for deployment.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots (Dabba Lite, etc.), including pricing and rewards system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ISP or networking-related customer support, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude to thrive in a startup/Web3 environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Support & Technical Assistance
  • Act as the frontline support for customer inquiries via calls, chats, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to Dabba devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
  • Guide customers on device activation steps, including the Dabba Lite onboarding process and interaction with Local Cable Operators for deployment.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots (Dabba Lite, etc.), including pricing and rewards system.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to track customer issues and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools—documenting recurring concerns, resolution steps, and potential areas for improvement.
