Visualization Expert

The role of a Visualization Expert is to create high-quality images and real-time rendering output for clients. This position requires close collaboration with architectural teams to develop and produce concepts and graphics.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, and Photoshop. They must also demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience in real-time rendering software, including:

  • Envision by Chaos
  • D5 Render
  • Lumion
  • Unreal Engine
  • Blender
  • Twin motion

Responsibilities include demonstrating a keen eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery, delivering quality work within deadlines under pressure, working effectively as a team player, maintaining self-organization, passion, and energy in their work approach.

Requirements
  • Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
  • Experienced in creating workflows for real-time rendering software.
  • Degree/Diploma in Visualization, Architecture, or equivalent technical field from an accredited institute.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a professional creative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interpret and model from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Skilled in photorealistic rendering and visualization techniques.
  • High professional integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to explore and adopt new technologies (hardware/software) to improve quality, efficiency, and expand visualization capabilities.
