Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the overall business strategy. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and fostering a healthy, collaborative work environment that reflects the company's wellness values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber talent.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

2. Employee Engagement & Wellness Programs:

Design and oversee employee wellness programs, aligned with the company's mission.

Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.

Foster a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and work-life balance.

3. Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and create training plans to enhance employee capabilities.

Implement leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.

Manage performance evaluations and promote continuous learning.

4. Compensation & Benefits:

Develop competitive compensation structures and manage benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

Manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance teams.

5. Performance Management:

Develop and monitor KPIs for individual and organizational performance.

Create a performance appraisal system that promotes transparency and growth.

Handle conflict resolution and grievance management efficiently.

6. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.

Develop policies on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).

Manage HR-related risks and ensure smooth audits and inspections.

7. Strategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Provide insights on HR metrics and trends to drive informed decision-making.

Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Key Requirements:

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Industry Experience: Preferably from wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.

Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Knowledge of HR technologies (HRMS) and best practices in employee well-being.
