Senior SAP Mobility Solutions Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled SAP Mobility expert to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of the organization, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Mobile solutions, particularly using Syclo (Agentry).
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance mobile solutions integrated with SAP backend systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy SAP mobile applications using SAP Syclo / Agentry platform.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform end-to-end system configuration, enhancements, and integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide L2/L3 support, and resolve incidents related to SAP mobile Prepare technical design documents, user guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and rollout projects involving SAP Mobile solutions.
- Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Mobility with at least 2+ years in SAP Syclo (Agentry) platform.
- Experience with SAP Work Manager, Inventory Manager, CRM Service Manager or other mobile apps built on the Agentry platform.
- Strong understanding of SAP backend integration via BAPIs, RFCs, OData, or Web Services.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and mobile security.
- Experience with customization, enhancements, and offline data handling in SAP mobile applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) or SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori mobile apps.
- Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries is a plus.
- SAP Certification in relevant mobility modules is a plus
