Business Growth Specialist

Nexgen, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join its team as a Business Growth Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle starting from prospecting till sales conversion
- Lead generation through inside sales efforts
- DATABASE MANAGEMENT: manage and segregate the database according to the sales strategy
- SET TARGETS AND DRIVE RESULTS: set targets to the inside sales team and ensure that the targets are met
- CLEAN DATABASE MAINTENANCE: maintain a clean database based on sales call
- PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS: should have very good persuasive communication skills in English
- TEAM LEADERSHIP: need to manage a team of tele callers
- SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT: should be able to create effective tele calling scripts
- TELE CALLING EXPERIENCE: should have previous experience in tele calling
- MEETING TELE CALLING TARGETS: would need to meet tele calling targets
- MULTI-TIME ZONE WORK: need to work on different time zones
- PERSUASIVE WRITING SKILLS: should have very good persuasive written skills in English
- EMAIL MARKETING TOOL KNOWLEDGE: good knowledge on email marketing tool like YMLP, Mail Chimp etc
- CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS: good knowledge in analyzing each campaigns
- VALUE PROPOSITION COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT: developing value propositions collateral for clients which will aid in sales closure
- SERVICE DIFFERENTIATION: good knowledge in building a very competitive sales proposals with specific value propositions for clients and leading closure of sales
- CLIENT INTERFACING: act as an interface between potential clients and the development team during the sales closure phase and in other phases wherever required
