Job Description

We seek a highly skilled System Management Engineer to partner with our Digital/IT team in designing and developing the Yield Management software and database. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and creating a data integration framework that collects data from various sources
  • Developing algorithms for data analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Engineering and Process Integration teams to obtain requirements for building software to support yield management
  • Ensuring the reliability and scalability of the software for high-volume data


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Experience in data analysis, failure/defect analysis, and yield improvement
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with operations dashboards and process modules
  • Familiarity with metrology/defect inspection tools
  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with specific experience in E-test/Wafer Sort
